Chef Judy Koh, Managing Director and Executive Chef of Creative Culinaire the School and Caffe Pralet, is celebrated internationally as a chef, food columnist and consultant. Her passion and forte is in the creation and development of Asian and Western recipes; and in research and comparative studies on food. Chef Judy has close to two decades of professional baking and cooking.

Creative Culinaire started as a baking school in May 2000 under the leadership of Executive Chef Judy Koh.The company grew steadily; founding Caffe Pralet in August 2006. Creative Culinaire now boasts 3 locations along their stretch of Eng Hoon Street in the prime Tiong Bahru area. spread the love of baking; both the act and its rewards. Our baking and cooking classes cater to all skill levels from beginners to professionals. Through our stable of professional bakers that supply all baked food to the cafe, we present to students the quality of our teaching through the quality of our cakes and breads. With 2 fully-equipped kitchen classrooms and a café, Creative Culinaire practices what it preaches by teaching the recipes of bread and cakes sold in the café through the school.
